We have an excellent opportunity for Business Development role with a renowned company for Gurgaon location. Please find the job details.

Designation : Senior Manager
Exp :6-9yrs
Qualification :MBA (Finance) from a reputed business school or CA
Location : Gurgaon
Shift :Normal/5 Days a week

*** Prior experience working with Big 4 Companies would be a plus / preferable ***

Job Responsibility:
  • Preparing for leadership decks, by synthesizing the data at company level and connecting the dots and building the story on what is happening in the business and in the market
  • High on communication skills so that is able to speak to different team to collect the business intelligence and co-relate it with data, and then build end to end story to be then communicated to the leadership
  • Should have good presentation and analytical skills
  • Have finance and business acumen
  • Will be responsible to support Business Development activities across CGRH domain for new clients and support mining and business expansion of existing client accounts of Client
  • Will independently interact with the customers to understand expectations, accordingly. Will require attending meetings with senior management of the client to understand their business objectives, assignment mandate etc.
  • Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns.Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
Other Requirements:

Strong interpersonal skills
Proven influencer and communicator with stakeholders at all levels
Strong written and presentational skills; ability to clearly communicate complex messages to a variety of audiences
Possess high standard of integrity and confidentiality

Good written communication skills including documentation of findings and recommendations

Excellent planning and organization skills

Strong understanding of the risk, audit and controllership domain

A go-getter attitude of making things happen. Customer expectations may remain at a high level many a times yet contextual proposals and domain-led story-line are needed and make the real difference to customer pursuits.

So a big plus will be the candidates resourcefulness and ability to create / find newer ways of making things happen while leveraging all the available knowledge resources optimally.

Will also get an opportunity to supervise key projects in controllership transformation and ERC solutions.
