Greetings, We have an excellent opportunity for you as an HR MANAGER for one of the reputed IT firm based n Navi-Mumbai.

Position Manager â€" Human Resources
Yrs of Exp: 10Yrs-15Yrs
Location: Belapur Navi- Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:
On Boarding
• Issuing Offer letters to the selected candidates.
• Verification of selected candidates.
• Issuing of Appointment letters at the time of joining of the candidate.
• Completion of joining formalities like Verification of Joining forms, Verification of Documents against originals and opening salary account
• Taking induction of selected employees and introducing them to all employees.
• Explaining them about company history, company profile and the departments
• Explaining them about their profile and benefits
• Explaining them the leave structure and other facilities
Attendance and Leave Management
• Maintaining attendance records and following up with branches for the same
• Taking actions on regular late comers
• Effective coordination with employee and maintaining the leave data.
• Following up with branches for leave applications
• Annually allocating leaves to employee on probation and confirmation.
Database Management
• Maintaining database of employees for all branches
• Maintaining all salary records and submitting to auditors at the end of financial year
• Keeping records of PF and PT.
Payroll Management
• Calculation of salary considering all allowance, advance, loans, statutory deductions and F&F if any for all branches
• Maintaining confidentiality of the same
• POC of TalentPro.
Statutory related
• Preparing PF, ESIC, and PT statement every month and mailing to consultant
• Verifying PF, ESIC and PT challan received from consultant
• Processing the payments of all compliances
Performance Appraisals
• Giving confirmation to employees on completion of probation on basis of their performance.
• Conducting monthly and quarterly appraisals with various successful measures.
• Analyzing data and making report of appraisals
• Counseling employees on poor performance
• Conducting annual appraisal and giving all necessary reports to management for deciding the increment for the staff.
Employee Grievances:
• Handling employee grievances related to wages, increment and providing satisfactory solution to their problems.
• Acting as a link between management and employees.
• Getting all the employees issues solved in coordination with management.
• Manage all departments and maintain the decorum of the organization.
Employee Separation
• Taking exit interviews and trying to retain the employee
• Making full & final settlement
• Taking charge of all company assets and making sure all records are clear
• Issuing relieving and experience letter
• Getting PF formalities done

HR Policies
• Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Employee Handbook - Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements.
• Other duties as assigned.
Office Manager
• Responsible for all office duties, maintaining efficient office operations
• Making sure that all admin activities are handled carefully and in the given budget
• Design and implement office policies
• Organize office operations and activities
• Petty cash
• POC of the office owner
