The Information Security specialist or Security Risk and Certification Manager (SRCM) directs, coordinates, plans, organizes and reports on all Information security and PCI DSS certification activates for the organisation security policies, PCI-DSS requirements and/or ISO27001/2 frameworks. The SRCM works with a wide variety of people from different internal organizational units, bringing them together to manage current and future physical, logical and information security risks and manage the activities for the PCI DSS and ISO 27001 re-certification process Desired Candidate Profile Please refer to the Job description above
Job Description :

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
