Job Description
Position: Client Engagement Manager.

Experience: 3 to 10 years

Location: Malad (West), Mumbai

Roles & responsibilities

Managing accounts like a ninja

Know your clients inside out and be more than just a SPOC to them. Be the person who identifies their needs and goes the extra mile to meet them. Have a clear strategy ahead for each of your accounts in order to achieve maximum potential.

Getting in new business

We’d want you to fully understand the value created by the Customer Experience industry and pitch the same to prospective clients. It will fall under your realm of responsibility to identify new channels of growth, and devise and execute appropriate strategies to get them on-board.

Identifying and bridging white spaces in client accounts

Be on a constant lookout for your accounts’ unmet needs and find a way to fulfill them. As an expert of our industry as well as of your individual accounts, you should be able to identify opportunities for further engagement with the clients that others may miss.

Maintain revenue ledgers

We want you to be in-charge of the complete revenue information for all your accounts. This also includes overseeing and ensuring an invariably regular invoicing cycle.

Our ideal Client Engagement person be like

A star communicator: If you can read straight through the ambiguities of other people’s communication, connect with them at their wavelength and explain the most complex of matters in a way that a five-year old would understand, you’re already half way there.

A badass presenter: Can you make ultra-engrossing PowerPoint presentations or create Excel models that get the point right through?

Extremely analytical: If you love numbers and are excited about the hidden treasures in large datasets, you’ll be a brilliant fit.

In addition, if you have previously worked in the Customer Experience industry in a client-facing role, it will be a huge plus.
