We have Urgent Job openings in Cooperator Company for Team Leader / Center Manager (Outbound Process)

Job Location: Gurgaon /Delhi/Chandigarh.

9.00 AM TO 6.30 PM

Qualification : Any Graduates

Role -Team Leader (Outbound Sales)

1.Quality control of the calls

2. Responsible for achieving daily and monthly collection target for the team

3. Managing the roster across the floor to ensure maximum manpower utilization.

4. Managing attendance and leaves of the Team.

5. Allocating Telecalling lists to Advisors.

6. Continuously give inputs to the team members of their progress reports, leave records, areas

where they are lacking, etc.

7. Conduct daily briefings for the team members before the shift begins.

8. Responsible for re-training of Advisors.

9. Maintaining various reports related to Sales and accounts.

10. Responsible for daily deposition of payment collected.

11. Competition tracking (for processes performance, schemes)

Role - Center Manager (Outbound Sales)

1. Should be a go getter & a customer delight champion

2. Manage entire team at Marquee center including backend team of telesales, including 2 TLs and frontend Sales &

Customer Service Advisors (total span – more than 30)

3. Create marketing strategies and business plans along with the Business Head

4. Lead the centre team in organizing and executing the business plans

5. Convert enquiries to premium memberships through the Sales Advisors

6. Ensure quality of service delivery to the customers through the Advisors

7. Responsible for overall smooth operations of the centre

8. Inculcate good practices, drive motivation, recruit and retain team members

9. Understand and analyze the centre work flow and provide inputs to improve it

10. Record customer feedback appropriately and provide feedback to the Advisors and the product development

team

11. Recommend processes, templates and standards (including escalation procedures) for improving customer

service

12. Comply with all the processes laid out by various departments (Accounts, Admin, IS, HR etc) and timely

submission of all the statutory reports for centre operations

13. Suggest new ways as well as methods and channels to improve centre business and provide better customer

service

14. Analyze the various touch points with a customer and increase interaction for generating additional revenue
