Role : Relationship Manager
Salary : 18000-30000 / Month
Place of Work : Bangalore/Hyderabad
Experience : 1 to 2 yrs. exp in Direct Sales of Insurance product( Life Insurance/Health Insurance/Motor Insurance/MF).
Joining : Immediately/In a Month
• Existing client retention which in turn contributes to revenue generation through sale of all kind of liability products [Life Insurance, Health, Motor and Mutual Fund loan etc.] to HNI/Retail Clients.
• Regular Portfolio Analysis & Financial Assessment of existing active and non-active clients.
• Client acquisition of new customers and client retention of an already existing client.
• Understand the financial need of every client and provide the relevant advice and proper Financial Planning.
• Regular follow ups (Daily/Monthly/Weekly) with the client to deepen the relationship and develop the trust.
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Graduate / Post graduate with 1 to 2 yrs. exp in Direct Sales of Insurance product( Life Insurance/Health Insurance/Motor Insurance/MF).
2. Should have good communication & presentation skills.
3. Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.
4. Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.
5. Should have a good command over financial products.

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
