Job Description
Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Planning & Organizing Meetings

• Handling Communication Between Management & Staffs

• The Personal Assistant would need to assist the Director and in providing all assistance like fixation and tracking of appointments, meetings, coordination with clients, follow-up etc.

• Calendar & Appointment management

• Taking Dictation and Preparing Letters/Documents

• Maintaining Files & Documents

• Reading, Monitoring & Responding to Emails

• Reminding on the pending work and ensuring its completion

• Coordinating with Staffs for the timely submission of reports to Management

• Maintaining the Director's Personal and Confidential Files

• Time Management - Scheduling and Finishing the work within time

• Scheduling the work based on Priority

• Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines

• Letter drafting, appointment/meeting fixation, other administrative arrangements.

• Ability to complete the task independently.

• Ensuring readiness for meeting schedules with domestic & international visitors.

• Assisting with firm events, conferences etc.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Required experience 1 to 2 years.

• Excellent Command on Written & Verbal English

• Proficient in MS Office, MIS Reports, etc.

• Agile Mindset

• Diligent

• Desired Personality:

• Presentation

• Well Spoken

• Responsible

• Strong Follow up

• Quick learner

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 to ₹30,000.00 /month (In hand)
