Role and Responsibilities:
Oversee all administration operations of the business.
Be the point of contact for colleagues and clients for anything related to admin or finance.
Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Work with the management team and our accountants to set budgets, monitor spending, and processing payroll and other expenses.
Organise complex international travel plans, including booking flights and taxis, curating hotels, scheduling meetings, and handling the change of plans.
Monitor and analyse data and produce high-quality, actionable reports and statements.
Supervise accounting and all statutory payments (PF, TDS, PT) along with your team.
Manage payables, receivables and expense cards.
To evaluate monthly profit & loss account
Yearly Balance Sheet
Budget Preparation & Budgetary control
Statutory return / assessment & audit
Cash flow & fund flow management
Personnel & Administration
Excise, Income Tax, Sales Tax & GST Payment
15+ year’s experience in company administration with finance.
Exceptional organisational skills. You never forget a thing and can run many requirements at the same time.
Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
Experience using Google Drive, QuickBooks and Xero appreciated.
