Brief Summary of Responsibilities:

Responsible for directing and managing multiple Engineering teams working on technologies such as Data Science, Machine Learning, Cloud (MS Azure), .NET, MS SQL for delivering high-quality products

Qualifications/ skills:

BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MS in Computer Science/ Information Science/ Information Technology
15 + years industry experience
Hands-on with end-to-end development with strong understanding of cloud applications (Azure), data architecture, machine learning, architectures and development frameworks
Knowledge across tiers in a multi-tier cloud environment including load balancers, web servers, application containers, data stores, distributed caches and content delivery networks
Experience with any claims based authentication (SAML/OAuth/OIDC), MFA, RBAC, or ABAC
Proficient in virtualization, PaaS and IaaS
Visualization capabilities using PowerBI, QlikView
Expertise in SQL or SAS. Knowledge of JavaScript
Strong understanding of Linux, AWS, Hadoop and other deployed platforms, including how to build, deploy and integrate applications using PaaS and IaaS services
Solutioning mindset to propose practical approaches towards data science. Professional experience in machine learning applied to business is a plus
Tracking and reporting on all deployed cloud resources insuring effective use of Operating Expense
Strong at technical goal setting for a project with actionable success metrics
Good knowledge and experience on measuring a service from a user experience angle
Experience with source control and continuous integration tools a plus - Git/Stash, BitBucket, Jenkins
