Job Title: Company Secretary
To ensure compliance of the provisions of Companies Law and rules made there-under and other statutes and bye-laws of the company.
To ensure that business of the company is conducted in accordance with its objects as contained in its memorandum of association.
To ensure that affairs of the company are managed in accordance with its objects contained in the articles of association and the provisions of the Companies Law.
To prepare the agenda in consultation with the Chairman and the other documents for all the meetings of the board of directors.
To arrange with and to call and hold meetings of the board and to prepare a correct record of proceedings.
To attend the broad meetings in order to ensure that the legal requirements are fulfilled, and provide such information as are necessary. Key Skills: Mandatory Skills-
1)Company Law and Secretarial Practice
2)Statutory requirements of Stock Exchanges, SEBI, ROC etc.
3)having recent experience in listed company
4) Age - 30- 40 years
5) Candidate should have worked at least 2 years in the current organization
Salary Range - Would depend on experience and Qualification
Gender - male
Industry - Logistics preferred
Relevant Experience: 12 - 14 years

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
