Job Description :
Looking for a Production Support professional having experience working in L2 /L3 with experience in Java development and its related technologies, such as Hibernate, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, JMX, IDEs Eclipse(mandatory) & IntelliJ (preferred but not mandatory), Webservices rest and SOAP. Good knowledge with SOAP UI tool.
• Good Hands-on Experience in : Java and its related technologies, such as Hibernate, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA,JMS, JMX, IDEs Eclipse(mandatory) & IntelliJ (preferred but not mandatory), Webservices rest and SOAP. Good knowledge with SOAP UI tool, Weblogic Application Server.
• Experience with Application Development / Production Support (L2 & L3)
• Knowledge and understanding of Tools: Splunk , TFS
• Exposure to PCF is preferred but not mandatory
• Ticketing tools (BMC Remedy, Servicenow, IBM GSM etc.) would be an added advantage.
• Internal and external customer support experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of ticket management is an advantage.
• Ability to multi task workload in a fast pace dynamic environment.
• Professionalism and a good work ethic are required.
• Able to perform on-call duties on a rotational basis when required for additional hour support
• Occasional off-hours work required.

Essential Requirements
• Handle L3 Task Tickets and Production defects
• Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of L3 Fixes from inception and design, through deployment, operation and refinement.
• Analyze activities of the team and provide feedback loop to teams on operational gaps or resiliency concerns
• Support services before they go live through activities such as system design consulting, capacity planning and launch reviews.
• Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health.
• Scale systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation, and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity.
• Practice sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems.
• Take a holistic approach to problem solving, by connecting the dots during a production event thru the various technology stack that makes up the platform, to optimize mean time to recover
• Work with a global team spread across tech hubs in multiple geographies and time zones
• Share knowledge with peers and mentor junior resources

Desirable Requirements
• Exposure to TFS and Agile Development Methodology.
