We are hiring Java Tech Lead for our Product Development company.

Overview

• Must have 8+ years of experience in Java Development.

• Must have good experience on Java/J2EE, Web (JavaScript, Ajax and JQuery)

• Good Understanding in design patterns and Object-oriented principles along with UML modelling.

• Hands on technical expertise on ORM (Object Relational Mapping) tools like Hibernate.

• Experience in Relational Database concepts and Knowledge in databases (MS SQL and Oracle).

• Minimum of past 3 years should be in a product-based organization.

Responsibilities

• Closely supervise every step of development process for the existing products and new products.

• Need to perform Code Reviews.

• Identify and communicate the risks and impacts and propose the risk mitigation in the current development process.

• Integrating Automated Testing Strategies into development practices.

• Continuously improves the software development methodologies and process.

• Interfaces with all the cross functional departments on the project activities.

• Ability to challenge status quo and drive innovation.

• Ability to lead multiple product teams in achievement of organization goals.

• Ability to guide and coach the product team members, so that they can contribute to full potential.

• Able to set individual Goals and Objectives for team/team members and measure them.

• Monitor and ensure that development methodologies are compliant with company policies and procedures.
