Experience: 3 Yrs - 8 Yrs

Required Skills: Core Java, Spring frameworks and Webservices and monitoring tools.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years of working experience on Java/J2EE Server side development.
  • Well versed with L3 support activities.
  • Experience in Production support is mandatory.
  • Must have good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in any of the monitoring tools like Splunk is preferred
  • Provide on call support
  • Handling Production Ticket/Issues.
  • Preparing RCA and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) document
  • Prepare and/or review Impact Analysis based on issue analysis
