Job Description

Major Skills : Primary –
·         Core Java , Unix , Tomcat Server, PL/SQL, Oracle &  troubleshooting
·         Expert and hands on Unix/Linux systems.
·         Experience in Incident, Problem Management: Incident tracking & reporting until resolution to ensure reduction of production Incidents
·         Experience as a member of a Support group in a high availability / critical environment
·         Experience in working with various interfacing teams across multiple locations and time- zones
·         Ability to identify gaps and opportunities for improvements.
·         Ability to work independently and communicate within a team environment
·         Strong Communication skills (Verbal & Written)
·         Strong Analytical Skills
·         Should be comfortable working in shift.
·         Proactive learner
·         Technical Customer Support experience 
·         Monitor and troubleshoot issues in Production & Stage Environment involves log scanning, understanding interdependency between different applications & 3rd party software
·         Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines.
·         Maintains production support documentation library ensuring documents are current, accurate, and available to appropriate groups

Minor Skills: Secondary –
·         Understanding  of BWise platforms, BO, Updates, Troubleshoots and supports, lifecycle workflows
·         Saviynt and B-wise tool knowledge
·         IT Auditing knowledge
Job Description:-
·         Ensures issues or status updates are accurately reported & Application availability
·         Support Bwise and Saviynt – Restart the server, and raise a case with appropriate team
·         Apply patches to the tool based on the precise guidelines from Saviynt/Bwise team. Collect and analyze information, problem-solving, and make decisions
