Job Description
Primary Objectives:

• Quality assurance of the Accounts Production standard reporting templates specially in Japanese template.

• Assisting Lead Developer to understand the Japanese model content and help to build up the Japanese Accounts Production template.

• Supporting Lead Quality Analyst to test and verify the Japanese Accounts production template.

• Handling and resolving 3rd level support issues escalated to the content team from the support team

• Assisting the support team members on resolving complex issues that come through into support


• Testing of reporting templates to ensure high quality standards and development protocols are being followed.

• Liaise with developers throughout the project.

• Escalate issues to development manager in timely manner.

• Proper usage of defect management system to track issues

• Handling and resolving 3rd level support issues escalated to the content team from the support team.

Mandatory skill is Japanese Language.
  • Highly beneficial skill is Software System and Accounting / Financial Reporting
  • Ideal candidate would be a Financial Analyst who understands Japanese language but not compulsory
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. In particular, ability to see problems objectively (e.g.: from clients’ viewpoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment 
  • Attention to detail
