Job Description
Responsibilities 
• Assist with development and maintenance of proper policies, procedures and SLAs

• Develop Service Catalog

• Develop incident problem configuration and release management processes

• Have good experience on infrastructure and application services

• Lead in the development of an active Service Delivery Lifecycle including proper Service Design, Service Transition, and Service Operation

• Assist with the development and maintenance of proper Knowledge Management

• Monitor and report on compliance of the IS employees with regards to quality management, risk management, and IS security in relation to Service Delivery

• Monitor and report on Change Management processes including tickets, status updates, documentation and implementation

• Organize regular CAB meetings to review and monitor Change Requests

• Maintain close working relationships with the Managers/Directors over Infrastructure, AppDev, Governance, Data Management, to ensure service-related issues are identified and reported on.

• Identify issues with Service Delivery and provide "best practice" solutions to resolve those issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

• Good experience in Service Delivery, IT Audit, or IT Compliance

• Strong knowledge of ITIL methodology, concepts and practices

• ITIL Practitioner Level Certification (Expert level preferred)

• Understanding of information security principles, frameworks and best practices

• Adept at as Microsoft Project, Planner and/or Project Server or other project management tools

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Business Objects, App Dev & ERP knowledge preferred

• Ability to collaborate using professional verbal communication

• Experience with documentation

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
