• Job Description

• Vendor manager's primary role is to handle all relationships with the suppliers to Payroll LOB of Company.

• Negotiate prices that allow Company’s Payroll LOB costs to remain low while still getting a quality product/service.

• Communicate effectively with the finance department and management teams of Company.

• A vendor manager performs this role by maintaining and reviewing documentation including records of purchase items, costs, deliveries and inventories. Analysis of these records helps him to determine if prices charged for products are reasonable and manageable for his company given the performance of the market.

• To ensure Project Governance and Process SLAs are adhered to as signed off by the client

• To ensure on boarded partners are ISO compliant or Atleast adhere to our data security standards shared by QMG team (Information Security Checklist)

• To make sure all countries with strong pipeline will have backup provider.

• Cost Analysis (customer vs clients) for the existing clients.

• Help in pre-sales activities

• Help in preparing/ automating proposals

• Define frequency to do the Partner review.

• To highlight exceptions and threats to Payroll LOB Head.

• Reducing overall vender cost by 20% each year.

• To ensure on boarded partners are ISO compliant or at least adhere to our data security standards shared by QMG team.

• To make sure all countries with strong pipeline will have backup provider.

• Cost Analysis for the existing customers.

• Reference calls for the customers before on boarding the new customer.

• Define frequency to do the vendor review.

• Make sure that we have highest quality of vendor network in place across globe and we get best pricing for our vendor cost

• To handle all relationships with the suppliers.

• Communicate effectively with the finance department and management teams of Company.

• Keep track of upcoming proposals and prepare for the transitions.

• Circulate most updated GP Revenue Vs Partner cost with Management Team on Weekly basis.
