1. Audit- Performing internal Payroll audits on a monthly basis and facing the internal and external audits.
2. Vendor Management- Global Vendor Relationship Management. Co-ordination with Vendor for any issues or escalations
3. RMG- Maintaining all the resources details for Payroll LOB
4. Training- Enhance training function and improve training methodology
5. Documentation- Creating support documents for Payroll LOB
• Expected to carry out all support functions of Payroll LOB and enhancing the Support Function
• Expected to motivate employees towards learning culture
• Expected to work closely with Quality Management, RMG, Training, Vendor Management, Documentation
• To communicate effectively across a wide range of stakeholders and represent the trust, including people we support, their representatives and staff
• MBA with HR preferred
• Work Experience
• 10 to 12 years of work experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, including a proven track record managing staff
• Daily Activities
• Schedule daily huddle for keeping the track of all the Support functions and the activities teams are performing on a daily basis
• Weekly Activities
• Schedule weekly review with team to understand the issued faced and plan for the next week.
• Monthly Activities
• Give the detailed report to the management on a monthly basis on the latest happenings in the Support Organisation with respect to (Audit, Training, RMG, Documentation, Vendor Management)
• Annual Activities
• Discussion with team on the past year’s performance, achievements and improvements that has to be done in the next year and the detailed plan for the next year.
