A leading IT services company providing services of Website Creation / Website Design / Website maintenance and Computer Infra Support Services

Responsibilities:
  • You will have to sell the IT services of Website Creation / Website Design / Website maintenance and Computer Infra Support Services
  • Understand customers and how they relate to our portfolio.
  • Contacting potential Customers to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes and proposals for Customers.
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills


Selection Criteria:
  • Graduate preferably in Sciences with Post Graduation in Management or equivalent. 1+ Years in B2B Sales of IT Solutions / Services
  • 6+ Months in Supervisory Role.
  • Excellent Persuasive & communication Skills with IT Fluency.
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and can handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Business Goal Oriented, Ability to achieve Business Target Parameters consistently.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate & Lead Team.
  • Willing to travel for a week in a month.
