Job Description
Responsibilities:

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product and service using.
Must be capable to manage online sales through Whatsapp Chat, Live Chat, Telephonic & Email Communication
Answer questions about products, service and the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Follow up on the generated leads.
Enter and update customer information in the CRM Software/ MS Excel.
Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Search Online options to promote product and services.
List and promote product and services on various websites likes eBay, Amazone.
Upload / Download online data related to sales and support.
Manage to complete tasks in given time frame. Manage to do additional tasks. Manage to handle heavy work load.

Requirements:

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone call, whatsapp/ live chat/ Email communication.
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (MS Excel, MS Word, CRM software and other basic tools).
Good knowledge of Email, Social Media Posting, Classified Posting, Blog Posting and other online sales/ promotional tools).
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to potential or existing customers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Cool-tempered and able to manage with other office colleagues.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
Typing speed: 35 wpm

Web Hosting Sales & Services Experience Holder.
MLM Software Sales $ Support Experience Holder.
Good English/ Hindi Communication.
