Designation : Recruitment consultant (Onsite : based at the client site)
Experience : 3 to 5 years’ experience in IT recruitment
• Responsible for handling complete recruitment life cycle.
• Managing stakeholders (Client/Hiring Managers, Back-end Delivery team, candidate management etc.)
• Working closely with the Hiring Managers to understand the requirements.
• Should have effective Convincing and negotiation skills to impress and attract top talent.
• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
• Must be able to work in competitive and target based scenarios.
• Excellent Communication skills.
