We are looking for highly motivated and talented Individuals who are looking to make a difference and seriously considering a career in Recruitment and Staffing Industry. 

We are currently looking to hire 2 Recruiters to join our US Staffing Team. To fit into this role, you will have between 6+ Months to 2 Years of US Staffing Experience or You are a Fresh Graduate (2017-2018 Batch) who are willing to learn and thrive in the highly competitive US Staffing Market.

What we are looking for (minimum qualification): 
  • Fresh Graduates or 6+ Months to 2 Years of US Recruitment experience. 
  • B.E. / B. Tech./MCA / BCA / B.Sc. /M.Sc. or equivalent. 
  • Sound knowledge of current and emerging technologies is highly desirable. 
  • Able to perform complex Boolean searches (or aptitude to learn) on the web as well US Job boards (Monster.com, careerbuilder.com, dice.com, indeed.com, theladders.com etc.) 
  • Clear understanding of US tax terms - (W2 / C2C / 1099) and US work authorization types (H1-B / Green Card / TN / EAD). 
  • Ability to work on multiple assignments and meet challenging deadlines. 
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. 
Nice to have (will be a plus):
  • Ability to engage passive candidates through platforms like: LinkedIn, Facebook, meetups, twitter, about.me etc. 
  • Experience engaging with talent through GitHub, StackOverflow etc. will be a plus. 
  • Track record of building and nurturing strong long term relationship with the candidates.
