1.Source, Screen, Schedule & Follow up with candidates according to the clients requirements.
2.Assess the candidates in terms of attitude, academic & professional qualification, experience, communication skills.
3.Should identify the prospective candidates through various sourcing methods like Job portals, Linkedin, internal database, networking, walk-in drives & etc
