Skills Required

Responsible for handling IT requirements

To understand requirements of clients resource need and deliver qualified consultants

Good exposure to end-to-end Contract, C2H and Full time recruiting process.

Must be a good salary negotiations.

Must be good at TAT Submissions.

Experience in resume screening, candidate follow-up; referral and background check

Experience in sourcing through job portals, social networking sites, databases, referrals, personal contacts, etc

Preferably candidates from staffing consultancy firm.
