Job Description
• Understand recruitment as a process and show keen interest in learning and understanding the process.

• Will be expected to source a candidate from various sources – active & passive, initial resume review, telephonic screening, scheduling interviews and closing feedback loops.

• Learn to negotiate salary and benefit packages with potential hires.

• Perform reference checks as required or desired.

• Learn the ability to maintain trackers and update them regularly.

• Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with good listening abilities.
