Specifically for several IT Skills. Sourcing most relevant and quality profiles as per the requirement preference on Technical & general aspects. Coordinating with client/Candidates to check their availability for in- person or Telephonic interview. Sourcing Best talent using various job portals for active candidates i.e. Naukri.com, Monsterindia.com and other sources for targeting Passive Candidates in the market i.e. Linked In, Mass mailing & References. Scheduling candidates for different levels of interviews & following up properly for Candidates turn up & penal availability. Coordinating with the candidates at each level. Follow-up for interview feedbacks.

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
