Job Description
  • 6 months to 2 years experience in IT Recruitment /Fresher can also apply.
  • Good communications and experience on contract and permanent staffing, 
  • Responsible for the technical hiring in latest technologies 
  • Responsible for end to end recruitment 
  • Screening and short listing of resumes. 
  • Initial Interview: Interviewing the candidates on the basis of skill sets, Experience, Location and Salary negotiation
  • Strong sourcing skills able to find relevant talent in any platform provided.
  • Experience in engaging with passive candidates.
  • Able to grasp any niche requirement 
  • Proactively build a pipeline of qualified candidates for all positions 
  • Scheduling: Scheduling Interviews of the short-listed candidates. 
  • Coordination: Responsible for coordination of the interviews with the hiring managers and candidates. 
  • Follow up: Getting the feedback from the hiring managers and following up the selected candidates till closure. 
  • Following-up with the candidates to keep them Active and convincing the candidates on the respective offers, terms and conditions of the firm. 
  • Regular Follow-ups with the candidate on offer made and date of joining. 
  • Strong sourcing skills able to find relevant talent in any platform provided 
  • Experience in engaging with passive candidates 
  • Able to grasp any niche requirement 
  • Proactively build a pipeline of qualified candidates for all positions
