Job Description
IT recruiter 
Total no of positions: 20

Responsibilities

-Analyze job requirements and objectives

-Source and recruit candidates by using databases, Job portal, social media, etc

-Vet candidates resumes and job applications

-Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes

-Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated

-Provide analytical and well documented recruiting.

-Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Requirements:
-2 to 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment.

-Proven work experience as a IT Recruiter or a staffing recruiter)

-Must have experience with APAC recruitment ( Singapore/ Malaysia) Markets.

-Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)

-Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Strong decision-making skills

-Degree from reputed university.
