1. Experience in IT recruitment a MUST (various technologies like C++, .Net, Java, Python, Cloud etc.)
2. Min 2 years of work experience
3. Ready to work in start-up (we are just 2 months old)
4. knowledge of using various tools like Monster etc.
5. exposure & experience in profiling the candidates based on JD, working & co-ordinating with clients & candidates, pre-screening etc.
6. weekly reporting with proficiency with MS Office and Outlook a MUST
