Coordination with the candidates till on-boarding.
Capacity to handle the work pressure.
Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
Self - Motivated and go getter.
Desired Candidate Profile
4-5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Hands on experience in end to end Recruitment.
Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skill and positive attitude
Adaptability to work in new environment and quick leaner.
