The individual will be responsible for leading the delivery of applications supporting enterprise operations across Synchrony. This project manager will work on a dynamic team with the goal of leading innovative banking solutions to production. This individual will be responsible in leading Agile Teams as the Scrum Master for delivery of prioritized initiatives for enterprise Ops.
Essential Responsibilities: • Lead projects in Agile methodologies in the capacity of Project Manager/ Scrum Master for allocated projects for enterprise operations • Keep scrum team focused on concrete priorities while keeping outside influences from disrupting the Scrum team and actively identify and remove waste and distractions • Experience in managing projects in the capacity of project manager is required

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
