• 8 years’ Experience in IT Project Manager. • Manage key regional and global projects in the Client’s commercial area to help manage delivery, provide guidance on project risk management and manage integration with other projects and existing solutions. • Organize and lead the project from planning to implementation, managing inputs from team members across matrixes teams. • Assist with the management of external Client vendors and monitor the delivery and quality of activities conducted by these vendors. • Lead project meetings, training sessions, workshops and status updates. • Gather and report on key metrics. Assist in the development of a consolidated portfolio view within the Client IT solutions team supported by standardized project metrics. • Participate in projects stages with IT PMO, and other PMO sponsored project peer reviews to assess and communicate project performance. • Track key project milestones and adjust project plans and/or resources. • Analyze completeness of financial budget established for project and monitor project actual spending.
