Job Description
SLA Management for the committed deliverables as per SLA (Server, Network, Vendor, Virus, Asset, Backup & Restore, Service Desk, Desktop, Remote Setup).

Should have the technical hands on knowledge on Server / Network. Who can assist the team for further troubleshooting.

Account management.

SLA Achievement for all deliverables etc.

Maintaining the Team Spirit for ever among team members.

People Management.

Responsible to give business lead to other LOBs.

Review performance of all Team Members.

Ensure adherence of SLA by Team.

Prepare Monthly Review Reports for all the deliverables in customized PPT formats.

Ensure adherence of Wipro norms for Quality of Service by Team.

Ensure discipline is followed by Team members.

Do analysis of calls in various aspects, generate reports to asset and service desk.

Share Weekly / monthly reports.
