Job Description
A. Handling Candidate Placement Activity

1. Follow up with placement for CV as per the requirement & closing the position on timely basis.

2. Issuing appointment letter / salary structure to any new candidate.

3. Collecting documents from candidate for education, Certificates, PAN Card, last company appointment letter, last 3 months’ salary details.

4. Creating visiting cards, Email ID, Certification process of respective products for new candidate as per department.

5. Cross checking of candidate reference with old company.

6. New Joiner induction process with respective department.

7. Posting JOB on Monster portal for new candidate requirements as per each department.

B. IT Remote Support to Customer

1. Giving online Remote Support for MICROSOFT, ADOBE, COREL, AUTODESK, TALLY & OTHER SOFTWARE PRODUCTS for installation & Troubleshooting.

2. Installation, configuration and Managing of customer Microsoft, Adobe, Corel, Autodesk software license

3. Working with customers to identify problems in software and advising the solutions

4. Diagnosing software faults and solving technical problems.

5. Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps

6. Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software

7. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.

8. Creation of Adobe VIP for Customers for processing orders.

9. Creation of Microsoft Tenant for O365 for Customers for processing orders.

C. Maintain Incoming & Outgoing Courier

1. Daily entry of incoming & outgoing courier details.

4. Handling all Priority courier on emergency basis if need to be delivered.

5. Handling all incoming calls & transferring to concern person

6. Handling visitor & attending them.

D. Maintaining Intcom Infrastructure

1. Handling all internal infrastructure & maintaining with up & running.

2. Making arrangement of new hardware if required by coordinating with respective vendor for negotiation & timely delivery.

3. Maintain AMC records of new & old purchased hardware.

4. Maintaining internal data backup.

7. Arranging of events if any during course or year.

E. Maintaining Employee Attendance

1. Maintaining daily attendance details of current employee

2. Monthly data extraction from Punch machine for employee attendance & calculating of salary.

F. Admin HR Activities

1. Arranging Vendor training for sales person on monthly basis.

2. Arranging Internal Quarter Review meeting for Sales persons.

3. Arranging Monthly Review Meeting for Sales persons.

4. Making Strategy sheet on Quarterly Basis

5. Maintaining Customers Software renewal data as per Tally in Excel

6. Giving ZOHO CRM training to new employees.

7. Making & sending Festival mailers to entire Customers & Vendors database as & when required.

8. Sending Product mailer every week once to Intcom customers.

9. Arranging QBR (Quarterly Business Review) for sales Team with Director.

10. Arranging monthly Review meeting with principal vendors for sales team.

11. Maintaining customer + Vendor data in ZOHO CRM on weekly basis.
