Job Description
REQUIREMENTS: 

1) GRAD/UG BOTH ELIGIBLE WITH 1 YEAR OF DOCUMENTED TECHNICAL INTERNATIONAL VOICE EXPERIENCE (BPO).

2) WORKING KNOWLEDGE OF PERSONAL COMPUTER ARCHITECTURE AND NETWORK ARCHITECTURE.

3) ASSISTANCE WITH TROUBLESHOOTING ON 2003, 2008, 2008R2, SCCM, SCMON, WIN XP, VISTA, WIN 7, EXCHANGE 2007, IIS ISA.

4) MCP/MTA/MCSA/MCITP/MCSE CERTIFIED IN WINDOWS SERVER OPERTAING SYSTEMS RECOMMENDED.

5) UNDERSTANDING OF ACTIVE DIRECTORY, DNS, DHCP, SYSTEM SET UP, SYSTEM PERFORMANCE AND DOMAIN ENVIRONMENT , BOOT PROCESS. 
6) Undergraduates/Graduates with minimum 1 year technical experience.

7) Should have excellent communication and English speaking skills
