Role: Associate Analyst / Analyst (Non Voice/ Non-technical)
Job Location: Gurgaon

Roles & Responsibilities â€"

You will be handling one of the varied Google products and provide support to the end users.

Non -technical, non â€" voice role
Email and chat process
Quality Analysis and Review.
Reviewing, Reporting and Analysis on overall team’s performance.

Email/ Chat Support

Team player with very good interpersonal skills.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills,
Enthusiasm for customer service and desire to help Google users;
Follow predefined (as trained) support procedures and policies
Identify and report user issues & feedback through appropriate channels.
Effectively and judiciously escalate issues with clear communication
Ability and willingness to quickly complete large volumes of work with high quality

Shift Timings: Should be flexible for 24*7 rotational shifts. 5 days working

The candidates will be employee of Vaco Binary semantics but will be deputed at our client's site (Google India), Gurgaon.
