Job Description


We are hiring for International Voice Process- for freshers and tenure at Cognizant. If you’re interested to work in US shift, we’d love to connect with you.


Contact and interact with potential customers in US in order to locate new business

Understand customer issues and route to the appropriate team

Drive higher Customer satisfaction

Handle critical customer issues and follow up to ensure proper action is taken

Maintain accurate records of the prospects and track them on a daily basis.


Overall Experience- 1 - 4 Years

Mandatory Skills/Experience:

Candidates must have atleast 1 year of international BPO voice experience

Should be familiar with Healthcare / AR Caller /Customer support

Excellent Communication & Listening skills

Must have good English narrative skills.

Willingness to work in permanent night shift

Desirable Skills/Experience:

Good to have analytical, presentation skill

PC proficiency to include Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook

Good to have analytical, presentation & communication skill

Willing to work in BPO industry


Freshers with excellent communication and good narrative skills can apply.
