Job Description
we have a requirement for our TOP Business transformation Company and are looking for :-
Summary of the Requirement:

communicate proficiently and effectively via voice and written channels

Treat each customer and interaction uniquely

Place orders on eCommerce sites and within the order management system

Manage returns and warranty claims within policy and contract agreements

Skills required:

Ability to type fluidly while conversing with customers

Maintain high level of expertise, soft-skills and telephone etiquette skills

Excellent written communication skills

Good decision-making skills

Keen attention to detail

Accurate data entry

Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent / 2-4 years of Service Desk support experience if the candidate is an undergraduate

Technical Skills: Strong PC and Mac technical skills (hardware, software, and operating systems).

Know PC and Mac components from both a macro and micro perspective.

Understand nuances of different internal components and their effect on the entire system.

Typing Skills: 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy
