Job Description
WEN Energy Systems is looking for talented and competitive Inside Sales Executives for our captive unit who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.

The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.


Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
Exposure to Salesforce CRM.

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have sales exp between 1 to 5 Yrs
Should be ready to work in night shift (5 Days Working)
Should possess excellent communication skills
