As an Integration Specialist, you would be responsible to analyze and recommend integration strategies for integrating various diverse systems. In this role, you would be customer facing and need to understand all the integration requirements before coming up with a solution. You should be aware of all the industry standard integration strategies including MQ, API, File and plugin based integration. You should also have good knowledge on Single Sign On mechanism and XAML 2.0
• Java and SQL skills are a must, preferably with MS SQL Server.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
