Insurance Operations - Asst Mgr/Mgr/Sr Mgr

Job Description

Manage multiple processes with more than 100 associates

• Client engagement, should have excellent communication, strategic, logical and problem solving abilities

• Should be well versed with all form of Audits and Governance structure

• Should possess sound Insurance background and Insurance products knowledge (Any experience in US Insurance will be an added advantage)

• Well versed with MS office : Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word and Outlook

• People skills -Should have an experience of managing direct teams

• Focused SLA management and governance

• Improving the Customer Satisfaction Scores by regular engagements and delivery

• Ability to work on and draft Business Continuity Plan for the process

• Should be able to present various MIS to leadership team on process performance

• Taking responsibility of P & L for the assigned delivery site

• Should be open to work continuously in night shift
