The person shall be responsible for: • Serve as customer service professional regarding investigating and processing Annuities Claims requests• Ensure that all required information is available to accurately process Immediate and Deferred payout requests research issues, identify and take appropriate action to resolve. Responsibilities• Accept/reject requests providing appropriate rationale on In Good Order/Not in Good Order claims requests.• Work with appropriate internal partners or external clients to retrieve any necessary information which is missing.• Identify process improvements and partner with appropriate resources to implement solutions.• Collaborate with business partners across different sites on a daily basis to process work.• Independently process service transactions which have been initiated by web-based or paper forms utilizing computer applications in a timely manner in order to meet or exceed service goals.• Utilizes a broad perspective applied to the process as a whole. Demonstrates a strong knowledge of the process to makes informed decisions to move claims forward.Required Qualifications
• Strong understanding of Insurance & Annuities products and its back office functions.• Product-specific or financial services industry experience.• Strong attention to detail including demonstrated ability to meet accuracy standards in a high-volume processing situation.• Ability to research and resolve problems, including the ability to quickly identify and resolving root cause of issues.• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven, transaction-based environment.• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Previous operations, processing, or customer service experience.• Ability to understand and communicate complex issues.• B.Com / or equivalent with 0-1 year of post-qualification experience.
