Job Description
  • Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks 
  • Answer questions about products or the company. 
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information 
  • Handling a team of Inside Sales Executives 
  • Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals 
  • Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations 
  • Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal 

Skills Required:
  • Proven 5-8 year experience as Lead Generation/ Inside Sales/telesales Team Leader 
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems 
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects 
  • Excellent knowledge of English, Hindi & Marathi 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Age Limit 35 Years 
  • Candidates from BFSI or Automobile Industry will have an added advantage
