Inside Sales Executive

Job Description
We are looking for inside sales/pre-sales professionals who will be responsible for generating leads and sales opportunities related to the services offered by us. This position requires experience of managing complex sales cycles and involves working across more than one business line.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Managing large amounts of outbound calls for sourcing new sales opportunities for us
  • Providing solutions to customers' queries and handling their objections effectively
  • Presenting credentials regarding our services to prospective customers
  • Setting up meetings with prospective customers
  • Routing qualified opportunities to sales executives
  • Updating information on CRM systems

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree in any discipline
  • Experience of 2+ years in sales/pre-sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong phone presence and listening skills
  • Familiarity with inside sales models, best practices and procedures desirable
  • Self-starter with high energy levels
  • Should be excited about working in a start-up as part of a fast-paced and rapidly evolving team
