Job Description

Making calls and following up with clients
Working with community partners to increase involvement

Developing relationships with potential clients

Maintaining good relationships with existing clients
Developing and analyzing data to determine how to better accommodate new and existing customers

Performing research on accounts to help increase interest in the organisation

Offering demonstrations for products and services to potential buyers

Making sure to understand the individual and unique needs of each customer


Customer Service Skills: The customer is always right. Inside sales reps will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.

Communication Skills: Inside sales reps speak to customers about a product's different features, and answer any questions they might have.
Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.
