He/She should have expertise in selling to High Net Worth/Affluent Individuals & will be responsible for direct selling of residential apartments.

· Devising and implementing competitive sales programs, strategies to impr

ove the product awareness to ensure enhanced brand visibility.

· Responsible for conceptualization of the project, cost-benefit analysis and planning and resource mobilization.

· Responsible for Management of Sales & Marketing planning and implementing Business Development

· Strategies.

· Conducting meetings for setting up sales objectives and designing or streamlining processes to ensure smooth functioning of sales operations.

· Client Management to resolve issues by maintaining and building exceptional relationships as a team.

· Work with our clients/buyers by providing best services, including but not limited to pre and post sales advice, mediation with Governmental agencies / Bankers to procure home loans, etc.

· Build trust & confidence to maintain healthy business relations with major clients to ensure maximum customer satisfaction by providing high quality service & achieving business deliverable.

· Lead, mentor, monitor the team and to maintain good team spirit to achieve organizational goals and individual targets.
