Answer mails / calls professionally to provide information about products and services
Close all the queries and lead through Digital means, after lead maturity pass on to Field Sales
Understanding customer requirements

Should be quick in understanding client queries
Responsible for understanding overall clients need
Excellent communication skills, telephone etiquette, fluency in English
Ability to collect the right information from within & communicate effectively back to the customer.
Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present
