Job Description
Dear Aspirant,
 We are having  Excellent Opportunity for Inside Sales/Customer Support process for an Reputed Bank in Chennai

The Position
 Selected candidates will be under Analyst and Senior Analyst designation.

Shift- Day Shift 

Required Qualifications
1. Freshers - Any Graduates (Except B.E/B.Tech- 2019) 
2. Experienced - 1 to 4 years in Customer Support Voice Process 
3. Non Graduates - Minimum of 1 year experience in Voice Process.

The Location

Nature of the work
Need to attend the calls of the Customer, Keenly observe the queries raised by the customer (banking related), Providing proper assistance to the customers by clearing the queries.

Key Skills
Should have excellent communication in English / More passionate in interacting with people through calls and Work as a Team.
