Maintain our internal partner knowledge base.
Develop content for use on website and in marketing campaigns for partners and internal teams
Create customer facing collateral including customer presentations, interactive tools and brochures
Calling inbound signups/trials.
Answering incoming sales calls, Livehelp and email inquiries.
Qualifying and understanding a prospect's needs
Scheduling demos and demonstrate product / consult to give product fitment.
Closing sales with Leads / Prospects coming in.
Building online communities of prospects and leads.
Maintaining CRM for all communications, logs.
Effectively using sales collateral and building new based on geography and client needs.
Report to manager on tech partner marketing efforts and product needs.
Preferred Qualifications 1-2+ years experience in a high-growth, B2B SaaS environment a plus. Preference MBA with experience in handling sales processes with experience with Technology Start-Ups B2B, SaaS/PaaS is addon.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
