Job Description
Position: Inside Account Manager
Domain: IT Sales (Software Licensing).
Organisation: Softcell Ltd. 
Location: Noida
Exp- 2-3 yrs +
Budget: CTC- 3L–5 L
Qualifications: - Graduate, MBA {prefers}

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up & outbound cold calls & emails.
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements.
  • Responsible for the management of sales and relationships with particular customers.
  • Maintains the company's existing relationships with client, so that they will continue using the company for business.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects within assigned territory.
  • Ensuring that needs and expectations of the assigned customers are met by the software solutions offered by Softcell.
Key OEMs we partner with are Symantec, Check Point, FireEye, ManageEngine, CloudFlare, Veritas, Vmware, Nutanix, Cisco, Adobe, IBM Software, Redhat, Oracle, etc. among others.

Job responsibilities:
  • Pro-active Sales including cold calling.
  • Develop, lead and expand existing accounts.
  • Follow up on quotes, outstanding orders, etc.
  • Generate incremental revenue according to specific targets.
  • Carry out analysis of territories, markets, industries, etc.
  • Provide a high level of customer service to ensure clients complete satisfaction.
  • Develop relationships with customers responding to their questions efficiently and courteously.
  • Process orders/sample requests coming in via telephone and email.

Desired experience:
  • We are looking for smart people who is willing make his/her carrier in sales.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • English (written and verbal).
  • A good understanding of the sales process.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power-Point).
  • Self-motivated and a determination to surpass performance goals.
  • Be a team player.
